Youth Ministry at Bethlehem
Sunday School
Children grow in the knowledge of the Bible and their Savior each Sunday morning. Classes are offered for ages Preschool – Grade 7, with a Jesus Cares Ministry class for our friends with special needs.
Confirmation Class
This class is a two-year course which instructs youth in the truths of the Bible using Luther’s Catechism. Once this course is completed, students are prepared to receive Holy Communion and become communicant members of our church.
Teen Bible Study and Activities
Teen Bible Study is offered for young people in Grades 9 – 12. Each Sunday they attend Bible study with their fellow teens and continue to build on the foundations of their faith. They also serve by helping with various church and community service projects throughout the year, as well as the opportunity to attend a regional or national Christian youth rally in the summer.
Toddler Time with Jesus
Children ages 18 months to 3 years plus their caregivers are invited to this free, fun hour of activities that includes: a Bible story, songs, art & crafts and a snack. Families can build relationships with their child, their peers, and other adults. Children can also learn about Jesus, the world around us, and make new friends! Classes will meet most Tuesday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30 am. Little Stars of Bethlehem Early Learning Center (LSB ELC)
At Little Stars of Bethlehem, it is our commitment to nurture a child’s spiritual growth, as well as to instill in them a love for learning. Dedicated staff and educated teachers provide a warm, Christian environment, while our small class sizes and developmentally appropriate curriculum prepare children for the next steps in their education.
